Jaknife you have no idea what potential claim may be paid it could be many multiples of the £100 million figure you do not have the divine right to be the voice of so called truth ?

You would know who are short on this better than anyone and I agree you are all getting a little bit tetchy otherwise you would not be posting here as it means nothing to you?

I like apfindley will be pleasantly pleased with any return back here don't forget we also get 20% of any claim through the Myclub shares we all own ?

Exactly Warwick.It's not over.But the way I look at it is for regular shareholders this has been suspended for around 4 years, so in that time we may as well of written it off as a total loss, we are prepared for total loss....so anything we may get back now will be a nice surprise.However, for those who are suspended short, they will be the ones not sleeping at night because there is always the possibility this could come good. And if it does, there is a chance it could be quite huge, and emerge at several times the suspended value, like it should've been worth if everything had gone to plan.So it's pretty clear, regular shareholders have a lot less to fear than the shorters.

I'm no idiot this is an ongoing potential through the us cipourts that's a fact and it could all come very good for Worldlink and myclubbetting as the story should have done over four years ago. But unfortunately the city spread betters and the likes of Bloomberg tried to shut us down and forced us to administration but Actiually Neil has done a good job trying to protect shareholders by giving a share of Myclub and passing the patent to a big us litigator to fight the big boys as we could not afford the fight on our own?

No one knows which way this will go but we are not dead yet if you are short you will be sweating?

Worldlink could become the longest suspension ever I've never heard of a share being suspended for nearly 4 1/2 years before? That will confound all the bashers of which there're were many, I guess there may still be some sitting on short positions that were not allowed to be closed because of suspension it's an6 ones guess what price we may reopen at if we get a decent settlement once any creditors paid off could be interesting because there will be the settlement plus future claims and future revenues I guess I don't think anyone has any idea as this is unprecedented IMHO

I'm sure Bloomberg and Charles Schwabb are begining to regret not settling years ago any settlement will set a president so we can start to claim fees from any data changing applications and institutions all over US and Europe we may finally be able to get our own back on City Index who caused us to administration in the first place if I recall right

We could be in for a tidy windfall over the next few years and we will also have a share in Myclub floatation which should not be too shabby they are gaining clients all the time, the betting industry is huge

Sounds promising.Certainly not dead in the water.Quest (wgp) must have good grounds to be considered for a mediation/settlement, rather than running the course for a loss.From this I feel confident that the legal process entitles Quest to compensation, at a level to be agreed by all parties, if only to make the final stages of court procedure more a formality Instead of putting the weight of decision/ammount solely into the courts hands at final hearing.Wouldn't like to guess the sort of quantum which will emerge, but it should at least cover all costs, and result in a "net" ammount after all deductions for the plaintiffs.Any thoughts??

This is a confidential meeting with the participants having authority to;"Act on behalf of the parties, including the authority to negotiate a resolution of the matter and to respond to developments during the mediation process. Full authority means that those participants behalf of a party should be able to make independent decisions and have a knowledge or understanding of the dispute and/or the business objectives of their company to generate and consider solutions an/or to be able to address the negotiation dynamics in mediation. This is for our case against Factset dated 14 September 2016.

"The plaintiff Quest Licensing Corporation ("Quest") and the defendant FactSet Research Systems Inc. ("FactSet") hereby stipulate and agree that this action, including all claims and counterclaims between Quest and FactSet in this action are dismissed with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs, expenses and attorneys' fees."

The decision/judgement is listed as "Dismissed".

It opened at 0.22, went to 0.60 then back to 0.35 which is still lower than where it spent most of late summer. It had a higher than normal volume drop when the Factset information came out but has since recovered. Market cap is still $1 million even with the 0.35 close which is around half of what it was just throughout June. If something good had happened, I doubt it would have closed near the lows and the overall company cap still only $1m. Even with the volume, it is about £20K in total.

I think the Court system and dockets speak for themselves. Maybe someone is optimistic about our Answering brief we submitted yesterday. We have sent in a sealed letter with four exhibits.

I must admit, I am worried about these developments. Looking at the PACER system, I think they now respond by 27th September. Let's see what happens.
