13/1/2014 12:39 | Yes another real vote of confidence here. I presume she picked them up from another institution selling down or out. | battlebus2
13/1/2014 12:37 | quite a sizeable director buy; approx £32k; although how they got them at 4.5p beats me Directors' Dealings Work Group plc (LSE - AIM: "WORK") were informed today that Rose Colledge, Chief Executive of the Company, has today purchased 284,844 ordinary shares at an average price of 4.53 pence per share. At the same time her husband purchased 441,014 ordinary shares at an average price of 4.53 pence per share. Following these purchases, Mrs Colledge is now beneficially interested in 1,602,535 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.60 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. | janeann
09/1/2014 08:00 | Great update from Hays this morning bodes well for the sector imv. | battlebus2
06/1/2014 12:31 | 25k available at 8.4p. | battlebus2
06/1/2014 11:26 | Not fooled by the drop on 25k shares sold, you can't buy any amount online and still sell 20k for 7.85. Update shortly should show the next direction of the share price but dyor etc.... | battlebus2
03/1/2014 11:20 | Still climbing Ali with a 9p buy :)) | battlebus2
02/1/2014 18:47 | Beginning to get noticed now which always helps a small cap like this. Welcome any new investors who bought in. Someone paid 8.75p too!! Ali. | investali
02/1/2014 11:10 | Certailny do bb2; no debt, cash in bank, reducing overheads, and would expect to see a return to increasing income especailly as unemployment falls. | janeann
02/1/2014 09:26 | Good to see you also see value here janeann, market cap still only just over 2 million. January's update should determine the path but as ever dyor etc... | battlebus2
02/1/2014 09:18 | Joined you here with a small purchase this am - looks like my timing was good and hope the turn around continues. | janeann

30/12/2013 12:57 | Trading at near cash with significant increases in management ownership and personal conviction certainly makes for an exciting proposition. | envirovision
30/12/2013 12:36 | Good to see you here chrisis33, i'm predicting we have reached bottom unless another institution decides to offload. Directors buying is a vote of confidence and with the cash to back them up and more time to concentrate on WORK we should soon be back to a small profit. The overseas businesses should also be improving given the pick up in the worlds economy. Edit.. did look at EMR earlier in the year after a recommendation from GHF but held MTEC, WORK and NWKI in the recruitment sector so passed but glad to see it doing well for you. | battlebus2
30/12/2013 12:23 | Joined you guys in here with a smallish buy this morning. I was going to post on the STY thread that I'd followed you in to WORK. But that would be taking stalking to a whole new level. Anyhow, this looks a good shout for a small investment pending further news. Especially after the director buys. I bought EMR in the high 30s after a director/chairman there bought £1m worth. Also worth a look, although sitting much higher now. Recruitment as a sector is interesting to me and fits the "recovery share" positioning of my current folio. | chrisis33
30/12/2013 12:01 | Stock looks to be gone Ali as i can't buy any online without leaving an order. | battlebus2
30/12/2013 11:29 | Good morning BB2! Maybe you could have waited another day before entering these but hey I won't complain. Onwards and upwards please!! Ali. | investali
30/12/2013 08:33 | Morning Ali, i entered WORK into the C.R. 100% thread shares to double competition, i reckon these have a decent chance over the next 12 months. | battlebus2
27/12/2013 14:55 | Thanks BB2, hope you had a great Christmas. Not much stock around now with that 20198 buy if you want to buy under 6p. I see they had an update in January last year. Ali. | investali
24/12/2013 13:42 | Hi Ali you've woke me from a deep sleep :)) Looks to me that Penta have sold their entire holding as the figure tallies with the substantial share holdings register @ 2,470,641. It is good to see the decks cleared as it were so no overhang to hold back the shares on any buying. No more treasury shares either and just under 40k bought the extra shares for the EBT. A good vote of confidence for Rose to take a major holding spending just under 17k. They did get a really really good price at 4p odd so not surprised they snapped them up, Would have been very keen at that price myself! Might be worth a punt in this years competition Ali. | battlebus2
24/12/2013 12:46 | ---- Not Invested here ---- I'd imagine that there was a seller who approached the broker wanting to sell their whole lump sum. Given the liquidity, they will have been forced to take a discounted price (as per the RNS). Seems like the directors were happy to snap up the shares, to prevent an on-market trade that would have marked down the price significantly. | el1te
24/12/2013 12:32 | I don't see any trades as yet. | investali
24/12/2013 12:30 | Well this is a timely annoucement BB2 being Christmas eve and all!! Directors buying a chunk or two and Rose now over the three percent, this is really a great vote of confidence. 24 December 2013 WORK GROUP PLC (the "Company") Directors' Dealings Work Group plc (LSE - AIM: "WORK") were informed today that Simon Howard, Executive Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 2,470,641 ordinary shares at an average price of 4.08 pence per share. Mr Howard now holds 4,605,841 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 16.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. At the same time the Company was informed that Rose Colledge, Chief Executive of the Company, has today purchased 376,677 ordinary shares at an average price of 4.45 pence per share. Mrs Colledge now holds 876,677 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Transaction in own shares In addition, the Company announces that it has sold 673,335 Ordinary Shares held in treasury to the Louvre Trust (Guernsey) Limited, the trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") at a price of 5.75 pence per share. Following this purchase, the EBT holds 3,594,808 Ordinary Shares representing 12.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. As a result of the above sale, the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury is nil and the number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 28,622,473. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 28,622,473. The above figure of 28,622,473 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
