Glimmer of hope? Disposal of operating business (valued at -£1.15m on balance sheet) for £1.5m cash, plus up to £0.5m later.

So in theory the balance sheet will change from net liabilities of £0.4m to net assets of £2.75m - £3.25m, including £1.5m - £2m of cash.

Guess it depends on what sort of RTO they can find. But on the face of it, despite a big drop today, these look a decent punt at £0.8m valuation v £2.75m-£3.25m NAV mostly cash, looking for a RTO.

Have I missed anything? Was there a little 'placing at 2p' paragraph in any of the recent RNSs?

On the face of it 200k buy may seem little value wise but it amounts to 0.6% of the company. Looks a great buy at 3.5p, we will see shortly.

We have also had selling pressure with around 500k sold over the last period and no buyers hence the current share price.

Hi Janeann, frustrating as it is more patience will be required here. It's been a slower recovery than everyone expected but progress has been made with the U.S. and H.K. Operationally profitable and in time the U.K. should follow. They have made savings with relocating the head office and some head count. I'm still optimistic but at the same time realistic . Results should be out within a few weeks.

Looks like someone took advantage of the weakness to buy a few. You ?

As we've discussed off board I can't help feeling that things are on the up and just hope that they will pursue the strategy you outlined to me after your recent call to the company. I note from their twitter feed and website that they are looking to hire grads over here and an experienced analyst in NYC. Good news.

I don't like all these free seminars they're giving and a these jolly conferences and breakfast meetings but I trust that there is method in this apparent waste of resources. But quite how HR consultants and professionals talking to each other over breakfast adds value is a little unclear.
