xcap: next Q (dd on geology): the beauty of Stratmins investing position is that they don't need to do any geological evaluation themselves: eg essentially they need to build trust in whoever Grafmada are using as part of their evaluation. Jeff M is well qualified to do initial dd on this imo and as you suggest can always call on any of the 5000 numbers on his iPhone including all of Consmin.

Sorry, I must be suffering from information overload - what is the connection with Gennadiy Bogolyubov?

Is this to do with Consolidated Minerals PTE Limited's holding in WSAG?

According to Bloomberg this company was incorporated in 1983 and is based in Singapore.

According to the Australian Group 'Consolidated Minerals' website there is a subsidiary Consolidated Minerals Pty Limited as well as other unnamed subsidiaries but how can we be sure that the WSAG shareholder is linked with this group?

Capital Homes will likely purchase more at these levels and cause a further, rapid share price increase.

I certainly have and will continue to do so especially at these levels. My view is that we should be trading at a market cap in the range 10-15 million and move quickly further up from there.. Sounds like a ramp, considering m/c is currently only just over 2 mill, but the small band of long term, much respected investors here will know otherwise..

The general market only now seems to be waking up to the prospects here, so a big well done us small band here, including Capital Homes, our recent big holder.. Once name change is completed, I think we should have cleared 10p levels - a real growth company in the making, rarely seen so clearly on Aim.

Hold tight those who get in at these levels as this has the potential to give us all early retirement..

Interesting history, thanks Nap, but this is a completely new company (and with a new name too) with a great, dynamic future ahead of it.
I guess the Capital Homes (Bhohi) share purchase is just a largish private investment in the company. Someone who sees it as a great growth stock. He may even be a poster on this board?

xcap - re 'Who does GS/StratMin use in their dd on the geological side of things?' you probably know as much as we do, ie not a lot. That's going to be the fun part, working out who knows what and what goes where. I first bought because of ConsMin's big stake as I didn't think they bought it on a whim. After talking to GS I stayed in because he said everything a long term share holder wants to hear, share holders should be kept up to date with developments, the directors were share holders too looking to make some money by 'buying investments at X and selling for multiples of X.

Your mention of the company acquiring "near term producing assets and cash flow potential" was another thing that I liked to hear as so many companies on AIM are explorers or companies that have been around for a while and need cash to continue or grow. By investing in companies directly there is more chance of influencing growth and that appeals to me. I believe (my opinion only) that the new directors will not lack for finance and I would expect a lot of that finance will come from loans rather than raising capital through placings. I doubt the main players will be in a hurry to dilute their own holdings here.

This has been a cursed company for years and I hope now that will be reversed. It's also been one full of surprises and I doubt that anyone expected the next 3% share holder would be Capital Homes and I look forward to hearing more about that in due time.

JoJo, re my earlier post to you, I am beginning to appreciate the enormity and scale of ConsMin's operations and its backer (just checked their website). It has over 21% in WSAG. I wonder what it has in store. The new StratMin web site states the company objective is to look at acquiring "near term producing assets and cash flow potential". This is music to my ears. Cash(in)flow, to the point of self financing the business is the lifeblood of any business enterprise. Capital Growth will come via acquisition, farm in's etc through equity finance, debt finance (cnote), scrip issue etc so long as the BoD do their detailed dd I think we can expect serious accretive (value add) deals.
Still trying to work out if there is a personal connection between the board members of StratMin/ConsMin/Bogolyubov because if I am not mistaken ConsMin's holding precedes the new board's involvment? Who does GS/StratMin use in their dd on the geological side of things?? Do they have access to the ConsMin's resources (technical officers for example)?Something for you engelo/marab perhaps

That is pretty impressive, they only bought today and the RNS is already out. I am guessing they took the two 1m trades at 2.875p and 3.5p. That should have soaked up some loose stock.
