Not really Hellisrael, I have been adding again at 3.6p and 3.71p. Could buy a couple of hours ago at just below mid price.

Only sells today, were the first two trades of the day, all others are buys.

Over a million now for me, looking to add more.

I think his "continued support as a shareholder" is a clear reference to the "behind the scenes" work he may still assist in, in securing the tax refund from the French authorities? or at least taking the claim to conclusion.

xcap - 'Marab, don't the AIM/good corporate governance rules suggest that we need to have a non-executive on the Board. Don't know, haven't found anything to say one way or the other, maybe someone could enlighten us? I don't think you 'need' to have them but they are supposed to be a good thing. Depends on who they are I suppose as the mention of certain names would encourage sell offs. It looks like all the expense is being trimmed out of the company though which is a good thing for all of us. Jojo's idea of a Palmary/ConsMin or Global Gold non-exec on the board could well be a possibility and would make sense.

Room for a couple of directors perhaps. Clearly Kiersnowki had gone, as flagged by the absence of his name on the new website. Looks like he didn't take anything with him either, so good news in that respect.
A Palmary/ConsMin or Global Gold non-exec would certainly confirm a theory or two. We could even possibly get a Graphmada director, although that's not likely.

1. we formally change name and ticker (what's going on on that front?)
That still won't tell people about the graphite investment but it might encourage some of those mentally and financially scarred by WSAG/DXR to have another look here. Still haven't got a reply to my email request for information regarding the new epic, but as we know they aren't/weren't in the UK lately.

2. full particulars of the MAD deal are expounded and released to the market, providing details of the mechanism to increase our equity interest
I agree we would all like to see that, if for no other reason than to prove it wasn't such a mad investment :)

3. we give the market a corporate/investor presentation, and I think joining minesite.com (for £3000 pa i thinks) to get wide(r) coverage and a live annual presentation is well worth it.
It will be interesting to see if the directors push their investments or not. They probably have the contacts to raise funds without seeking out other investors so will there be any point in doing the minesite route?

4. announcement in Q2 that first production has commenced (hopefully without delays)
That would be nice, and lots of celebratory drinks of sparkling mineral water.

great article engelo. underpins what you chaps have been saying here since 12 Jan relaese, when we invested in Garphmada.

we are not, presently, seen as a graphite co, and won't be until
1. we formally change name and ticker (what's going on on that front?)

JoJo could this be the cue for a ConsMin man to sit on the Board as a non-exe director? If that happens, gives your theory of RTO much, much more credibility and the theory becomes more real

Woodburne, the AIM listed investing company focused on natural resources and mineral extraction, announces that Martin Kiersnowski resigned from his position as a non-executive director on 2 March 2012 in order to pursue his other interests.

If you like graphite you may want to look at Cavan Ventures TSX:CVN.

Tiny mcap and just randomly got a tip on it from a source in Canada who know his apples from pears.

Looks cheap if we consider the research we have all done on Graphite.

This could double overnight on good news following the Madagascar expedition. Good news being "we've increased our stake in Graphmada to xx%, with an option to increase it to xxx%".
10p by Easter, possibly earlier. IMPO/DYOR.

Nowt to say at the moment, share price immaterial for medium long term unless fund raising which is very unlikely at the moment), and directors supposed to be in Madagascar so just waiting for news. Hands making typing more difficult (been counting the fivers under the bed) so typing less. Not selling just patiently waiting.
