Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

 

Woodbois Ltd (AIM:WBI), a leading Company in the international timber industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrianus Roecoert as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

 

He brings a wealth of financial and other business experience, having run his own successful accountancy and tax practice in Europe over many decades. He has also advised on many large M&A, reorganisations, debt and share transactions.

 

Executive Chair & CEO said: "Adrianus's advice and contacts gained over many years will be invaluable to Woodbois. He is a standout addition to the Board as we grow the Group. I look forward to his insightful and independent contributions. "

Adrianus will be a member of the Audit, Remuneration & Nominations Committees.
