Problem is nowadays, too may peeps do spread bets and CFDs with an insufficient cover on massive moving days like this. And their triggered sells exponentially exaggerate the market again.
Am just buying the whole share and tucking away. Who knows where the bottom or top is in such eratic markets?

exactly that.
There is a hole in the previous accounts and nobody knows how big it is so people selling off to be safe. It will take time for the uncertainty to clear with the publication of the report and revised audited accounts. Until then its a guess the size of the hole game. Anyone want to guess what it is?

This single sentence is the killer IMO. Basically saying you can't trust anything said previously.

"The results presented in this trading update, and our full year outlook, are before any potential impacts from the independent review."

In todays RNS, They still expect this year to be broadly flat ebitda to last year's, at $425m.
But the market gone sour on these. So time will tell. GLA. spread the love (and your portfolio) ;)

One theory I have: Franklin Mutual announced a 5% holding on the 23rd of October. That is about 35 million shares.If they gave a sell order for the whole position then this would explain the endless pressure today
