-- Paul Dollman, Non-Executive Director, bought 15,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 21 September 2018 at an average of 183 pence per share. His resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5p each is 40,000 which represent 0.05% of the issued share capital with voting rights; and
