The basis of as far as I understand: is they are looking to sign an agreement with Sudanese government and oil ministry - to take over a producing oil field current production 4000 bopd and then look to improve the efficiency of the field- it use to produce 20,000 bopd wcat looking to get it back up to 10,000 bopd - obviously a lot / all infrastructure is in place already

Investors waiting on the sidelines for this to dip a little so they can buy in for the-new year but It doesn't look like it is going to also remember the market closes early today, so might see a bit of a rush to get in soon in my honest opinion
