Please do not confuse the warrants that can only be exercised at 2.46p with the Conversion Notes that can only be exercised at 0.40p or above. The exercise price for the warrants at 2.46p was set at a time when the shares were at about 2.2p in September 2018. In the Monday update DS has arranged for further Conversion Notes to the value of £500k if required. This has effectively made the warrants defunct unless the share price miraculously gets to 2.46p. Not impossible if only they'd release some fking news and EHGOS sell all their new Conversion shares first.
