I must say though it is frustrating that all the EHGOS pain has been simply to pay the pensions of the old bod.
They should do the honourable thing and f*kc off without a penny.

The stem cells side was always going, the attempts to 'restructure' are merely a façade to make it look less of a reverse takeover.
Perhaps they can get some cash for it, if not administration would surely be better than pumping any more money into it.

Thank you for putting that question direct to me. I expect there are no suitors and the stem cell side will be placed into administration. In the interview today DS said it had liabilities including pensions and at every turn something new seems to be coming out of the woodwork. Thankfully it all seems to be sorted out now with EHGOS (really your) money. So when WDC is finally cleaned up and they can pull the plug with redundancies, pensions, creditors and all the rest sorted out that's when the name change/EGM can take place. So if you think Glaxo Pharmaceuticals and Astra Zeneca are going to engage in a bidding war for the stem cell side you'll be sorely disappointed.

The recent update stated

Operational Update: Stem Cells Business:

Despite significant efforts to restructure this part of the business and improve its viability, a number of senior staff from the stem cell business have departed and, as a result, the Company is continuing to assess its options with regards to this business, with a decision to be made imminently on its future. The Company has already spent in excess of GBP900,000 in resolving legacy issues and continues to work on legacy liabilities associated with this business on an ongoing basis.

This clearly translates as offloading it so who are the potential suitors ?

Someone said it was a podcast. But irrespective an excellent interview as to where WDC is. EGM still a few weeks down the road. The business is still called Widecells so I would not expect to hear any news of confirmed contracts attributed to Iconic Labs until after the EGM and name change. DS did say the contracts already pitched for are sizeable but the really big contracts won't be pitched for until Q3/Jan 2020 as you have to cater for annual budgets. There were a few legacy issues like pensions that EHGOS wrote a cheque but it wasn't them that wrote the cheque it was us.

All in all a good interview but not enough immediately happening for me. I'll be back after the EGM. Good luck all.
