12/8/2010 12:12 | remember- this is v. highly geared to commercial property valuations. Even a 5% increase in asset values has a marked impact on NAV per share. | supersturrock
12/8/2010 09:08 | Quarterly report was 18th August last year, perhaps we're going to get a positive one by next Tuesday. Doesn't make a lot of difference to me but it would be nice to see a profit on my holding here. In the ISA for the divi's, as long as they're maintained it's a hold. I'm in at 11p, the Mrs' is in at 9p, I need 9p+ for brownie points. | isalolly
11/8/2010 17:07 | I hope there is something in the pipeline, it's been like watching paint dry for the last six months. When it was at 7.5 I wondered what news could send it north, I mean its not like an oiler where they suddenly have a huge asset and earnings increase! The only thing I could think of is if the industry had a property price increase on the cards, so, when the very day we get bad news about property prices we get a share price hike!! I don't see the logic unless the share price has been held down artificially. Anyway I am not moaning, long may this reverse logic continue. | harmonics
11/8/2010 15:56 | Some solid buying since midday. 2 x 1m & 1 x 1.5m all at 8.6p. This suggests that there could be some imminent positive news in the pipeline. | masurenguy

20/7/2010 07:31 | Good RNS this morning. Management seems to be sorting out the concerns and making progress. Apart from the share price I have no worries with this one. As long as the dividends keep coming I will be happy. | lord gnome
19/7/2010 18:15 | why the sick fall in sp? | dnfa1975
13/7/2010 17:44 | gnome..well done?shares were 12p and now 8p....why well done? | patviera
12/7/2010 07:34 | .... but to my untrained eye, the progress that they have made so far looks very good for us. Is a 'well done management' due for once? | lord gnome

07/7/2010 14:40 | Yes - and the short term chart (see above) seems to have formed a perfect inverse head and shoulders since the beginning of June. All we need now is some good news to confirm the new trend. | lord gnome
07/7/2010 14:28 | Serious danger of the downtrend being broken here ! | droid
06/7/2010 17:18 | What is happening with the banking arrangements? The share price suffered because of the uncertainty but after many weeks still nothing! | harmonics
06/7/2010 16:45 | Why did this happen yesterday and why do we seem to be late closing today again???? Thanks for anyones help. I have never seen this before. Wichford plc 05 July 2010 A second and final Price Monitoring Extension has been activated in this security. The closing auction call period is extended in this security for a further 5 minutes. Following the first price monitoring extension this security would still execute more than a pre-determined percentage above or below the price of the previous automated execution today. London Stock Exchange electronic order book users have a final opportunity to review the prices and sizes of orders entered in this security prior to the auction call execution which will set today's closing price. The applicable percentage is set by reference to a security's TradElect sector. This is set out in the Sector Breakdown tab of the TradElect Parameters document at www.londonstockexcha | r_bedding
25/6/2010 14:31 | Yep, been watching this a lot lately because I'm about 50% down at the moment but I think since the mini budget the other day it has slowly started to drift up. So fingers crossed we see a bit more positive and forward thinking here. | ted1806
