Thanks for your input... I've given you an uptick! Thanks!
But being "poorly run" is a good bench mark to start from. We have first entry advantage so next year could be "loads and loads" better... Why assume it will be worse?
Look at my recent TRIAD success, it was "poorly run" a year or two back , but now its a five bagger...

Schools should make 30% GP on turnover this school has been poorly run
The new team should tern it around

This subsidiary is particularly interesting - could be a gold mine as a prototype to a much bigger enterprise

university fees are £27,000 for three years PLUS £15,000 rent
TOTAL : £42,000

To get a degree via distant learning you're talking about £15,000 (or only about 1/3 the price)

I've given you a tick up just to balance my posts.
I hope you do not find them too offensive.

AS I find new info I post it straight away as I only recently bought them.
The more I read about the company and the industry generally the better the investment looks.

I dont see why you are so negative, but I am pleased you are. I need the alternative view. I am an optimist.

UK can get a big slice of GLOBAL home-school / distance learning market because:
a) English is the lingua-franca language.
b) UK has supreme reputation in education

WEY can get a big slice of this market because of "FIRST MOVER"... Its the ONLY - YES ONLY UK based on-line HIGH SCHOOL (think crammer for University)... YES THE ONLY ONE IN THE UK

looking at the accounts they seem to be growing at 300% a year (assuming 2015 was full year).

If they can translate this growth into profits then its going to be a real nugget of a share. A gem!
