...in the budget, lets talk :

T Levels:

In computer technology subjects.

Clearly WEY education is in a good position to offer T Levels in IT.

Could add a few hundred grand to a couple of million to the bottom line if WEY started to do on-line computer training courses in HTML, CSS, java script, Java, C# etc...

Its all money.

Was going to stay a few term PI's cashing out early, then a 250k sale @ 7p, still hasn't damaged the share price much, waiting to see if mid 6p's appear before adding.

It's what I have been reading about, potentially a lucrative market place.

Slowly steady share price growth into digits should result.

TODAY: BBC says on top of £500 million for T Level exams another £300 million for "gram-ma" schools. This is no way near enough to met any sort of sensible demand. The pressure for good schooling is only going to intensify ..

There is only ONE viable cheap option - INTERHIGH type education. In the current climate WEY Education can only get bigger and bigger.

The market is beginning to notice. Web site: "Directors Talk" has been commenting on the rise (putting it in the same article as FTSE 100 Standard Life):

If more people used WEY education there would be no school runs and therefore pollution would be about 25% less...

Say a group of 4 or 5 mums failed to get the school of their choice for their child. Then light bulb moment. They decide as a group to use WEY Education - perhaps just for a term or two while they wait or perhaps for longer. .

In this way they could have best of both worlds, great ways of learning AND continued socialising of their kids and mums as a group.

In a sense they would have TOP NOTCH private education at a mere fraction of the price and they would be saving the planet from mass pollution and the mums could put their feet up and have a gin and tonic rather than going mad in those Kensington Tractors.

Come on, you know this is going to grow - currently only about 2,000 kids - this could easily be 20,000 or 200,000 ......

I am looking into this whole sector and carrying out research, certainly one of the growth sectors going forward, with multi opportunities for vista savings and to scale up globally.

NY Boy: "T" Levels new £500 million government spending (see BBC News) - This is a whole new set of exams for WEY's InterHigh to start selling on top of their GCSEs and "A" Level courses.

Look at the HUGE sums of money you save if you study at home compared to using student accommodation never mind the savings in fees and food and most of all a great deal of wasted time
read this thread to see what you can save:

kaka47: Your company is one of many, WEY's InterHigh is the only on-line high school in our market and its not easy for others to break into this section of the education market because there are all sorts of criteria you need to meet (Department of Education standards etc). Indeed, to be taken seriously you will need people such as these listed by WEY Education:

You quote a market of £7billion whereas the education budget of the DofE is £56billion alone:

Then the private sector - there are 500,000 private pupils in the UK and this number is growing each year . This sub-sector alone is worth £10 billion:

Then there is the "higher educaion sector" which is £73 billion

so on your side you have a company (one of more than one) in a sector worth £7billion
But if you invest in WEY (one of one) you are in a sector worth: £56b + £10b + £73b
= £140 billion in the UK alone (never mind the rest of the world)....
currently InterHigh is the only UK Online High School in a market the size of £140 Billion in the UK alone.

FLX already has a Market Cap 25% bigger than WEY and its turnover is more or less the same. Why invest in FLX when you could invest in WEY??? Come and join us over here, not as a day trader but as someone who hopes that WEY can progress to the next level

Look at the price tag this US education set up was bought for in 2015 (which included the online side):

Thats right $400 MILLION.
From the link:

William Blair has completed over 35 transactions in the education sector, with combined transaction value worth over $4 billion. So divide $4billion by 35 and you get the average buy out price.
