04/5/2017 08:45 | Anecdotal evidence from me, spoons is losing the plot. From my regular visits to now very rarely going. Thursday curries have really gone downhill, and this after so called quality improvements a few months ago. Who the hell puts a poppadom under a steaming soggy nan bread so you get a soggy poppadom?. I must have been hundreds of times all over the uk and it used to be pretty good as well as cheap. Had fish Friday in Crawley, it was really bad, again after supposedly recent improvements. Like woody Allen, the quality was terrible and the potions tiny. Hard cold bits in the fish, very odd. Chips microwaved and very dry, inedible. Peas a sort of bright green liquid. For once we were going to complain. Duty manager asked us if it was ok during a quick walk past, not waiting for the response. Wife won't go in any spoons again. Wtf is hapenning? | pierre oreilly | |
