Ah right the profit that’s they were making a couple of years ago that you said would be misleading the market if it didn’t materialize?

Have they even started in DRC yet or still having coffee and biscuits?

YawnThere is some capex for the hundreds of million pound deal in DRC. Most funded via profits but some start upNow it would be interesting if this was to fund start up for the next big MSC they say is due? The new partner wanting to finance it prior to the deal announcement at a higher level...

I’m surprised this has stayed where it has with the pox outbreaks in the DRC. It will certainly affect the start up with in country personnel.

90 days is up around Wednesday/Thursday so one would hope for an RNS stating they've started and making profits from day 1. Exciting times to be a holder

1m to be drawn immediately, they can convert if they wish (Altho that would mean share price is higher so a good thing really)

10% interest.

Lending company advised on deal and receives 6%?

Warrants for free chucked in at 10p.

Nothing said on what it’s for or when Africa starts? Could have been more info in there.

Not an overly bad deal but by no means a great deal.
