Maybe William Black of Armstrong Investments could requisition for that. My betting is that several of the big holders, especially ex-fund manager Tommy Charlton, are sufficiently fed up that they would back him.

It looks to me like they are preparing this to be wound-up or acquired by LFI. Just Kinovo really to exit. Still only 35p to sell versus 80p net asset value. Aquis have recently made comments about better pricing...lol! I only hold LFI now, so indirectly hold this. The directors seem in no rush to effect a transaction whilst they are collecting fees. Just a thought, but presumably the cheapest option will be to put the company into members' voluntary liquidation. Maybe that is the plan and it would give LFI more firepower!

The WSEL 2022 Accounts claim that director Nick Stagg is "Executive Chairman of MCG PLC, a UK Premium Listed company". Surely not the same MCG PLC which de-listed in 2020 ?
