07/9/2012 01:30 | @oldvic A head and shoulders pattern consists of a peak followed by a higher peak and then a lower peak with a break below the neckline. The neckline is drawn through the lowest points of the two intervening troughs and may slope upward or downward. A downward sloping neckline is more reliable as a signal. The extent of the breakout move can be estimated by measuring from the top of the middle peak down to the neckline. This target is then projected downwards from the point of breakout. technical rubbish but people refer more to charts and volumes here than fundamentals | ![]() j1nxed

28/8/2012 16:21 | monkeymagic3 13 Aug'12 - 18:52 - 386 of 423 edit Post 242 refers. I have rarely made so much money so easily shorting this stock. What on earth was going on with some posters here? Closed half position now but will let the rest ride until 50p and close another 25%. Tum te tum etc | ![]() monkeymagic3
24/8/2012 12:58 | good tecnical support at 55p backed up by recent fund raising at this price, also results and recent market update ok too many pis look only at what are the fundamentals, the share price action often tells you what is not apparent to the fundamental view ponit | ![]() kristini2

23/8/2012 09:23 | some uwin i thought the management at AFF were highly rated? i have taken profits here and looking to re enter and a further pull back, in aff at 46p | ![]() kristini2
23/8/2012 09:17 | Yes, really. Management without resource = zero value. Resource without management = zero value. Management with resource = value is dependant on how the market perceives each element. | ![]() someuwin
23/8/2012 09:10 | Oh really ? And what value is management without resource ? | ![]() parthus
23/8/2012 07:53 | imo, corporate action here is highly likely to deliver big shareholder returns. This is much more about the management than the resource. Whereas AFF is more about the resource than the managenment. | ![]() someuwin
22/8/2012 23:40 | @Allotment lots of IFs to justify a mcap of over >$250m compare this to EQX who has drill intercepts and access to infrastructure and they are valued lower with over $85m in cash the coastal permits (it's only one that seems interesting) is the one with the least potential and probably 95% of the DSO target areas are located >500km from the coast. SDL is used as a comparison but they get most of their DSO from congo so the question is how much "potential" there is at their coastal permits. Another thing to remmeber here is that most if not all of the DSO in africa are located on hills and i have yet to read anything about this from WAFM see page 31 for a few of these hills Their presentation is also "misleading" investors as they derive their DSO and magnetite "value" from australian producers ... which is exactly what BAOs analysts did at 50p If they find lots of DSO at their coastal permits then they might be cheap, but how much do they need to find to justify ~$250m EV when other peers who actually have DSO (or at least intercepts) are valued at negative values to $175m Why should i buy WAFM instead of someone like EQX (i don't hold shares in eqx)? | ![]() j1nxed

22/8/2012 18:23 | Whilst the AIM market is fast becoming a lottery...if the current management who have a very good track record in mining are of the opinion that following an airborne magnetic and radiometric survey and a survey of the land that they might be in possession of a high grade DSO resource that could turn the company into a £5 billon company near the port on just one of their sites,,,,I would say its worth a few bob to take an educated gamble. What it is currently worth is anyone's guess and I accept there are no defined JORC resources yet, but should they be proven right like they were in Uramin they will have a relatively low cost high grade ore they can extract. Then rather like AMI i suspect some nice chinese people will come along and we will be sitting on a ten bagger. If this is not the case then I dare say the share price will drop significantly. I don't think anyone is stark raving bonkers just having a rather educated punt. | allotment
22/8/2012 16:32 | After conducting deep, thorough and penetrating research into the PR flannel promulgated by this outfit, I have concluded that it is only worth 12p - at most - as things stand. You longs must all be bonkers. Stark staring bonkers. Imvho. | ![]() drewz

21/8/2012 18:31 | The company have identified targets for the second phase of exploration with a large scale drilling programme of 400 to 500 shallow holes for an estimated 18.000 to 22,400 m of RC drilling to verify Phase 1 geophysical data and test DSO potential. Fine. But why have they only got one drilling rig? AFF recently did a 3 month initial drilling campaign at Ntem looking for DSO. Similar to Binga i.e. near the Coast. AFF used 3 drilling rigs to do a fairly modest drill campaign. I conclude that WAFM will take 9 months to do an intitial drill campaign at Binga. Add at least 3 months for assay results & you may get a first MRE [inferred category oonly] in a year's time. Who gives a fart about Dattels etc. You can not defy actual physical reality. One drill rig = very slow progress. Also just one rig means if it breaks down then the whole show grinds to a halt [so to speak]. If that is class management I'll eat my hat. I repeat what I said before: if WAFM believe all the hype then why don't they get 7 drill rigs - like AFF have?? Anyway, you're all grown ups so it is not my problem. but fwiw, I think the bulls on here are clueless. dyor [if you know how] | ![]() longsight
