you guys were bashing into the early hours and the price is up 8.8%... why don't you put your efforts into something else where you might have more success?

moreforus,i can hazard a guess lol ! unfortunately even when they are faced
with official facts they still ignore them.

adnatrob, you still dont get it ? can you not see the share placing at MRI
was set up in such a manner that watermark benefit both ways. Not only do
WET get the extra cash from the higher prices of placed shares but also
a tasty 1m rand bonus guaranteed. If you were watermark would you have
been hoping that all MRI shares were snapped up on the cheap or would
you prefer to take a nice slice of the action knowing full well that
a little while down the road after MRI list and move to coal briquet
production that the shares will be far more valuable.

I am very saddened such a well loved and respected poster has had to resort to such tactics to bash a share.

cufes2,the fact is that watermark have a tiny market cap and have moved
the business into a unique position now which has already shown in recent
results.Had you not considered that perhaps Wet wanted to take more shares
in MRI and was intending to use the timelines to their own advantage ? when
you consider they benefit both ways from such a deal i think its a given that
is exactly what they intend.

September 13th RNS ( Update )

Financing

Watermark signed a loan agreement with Trinity Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“TAM”) as part of the capital raising process when listing MRI in June 2012. Under the loan agreement, TAM agreed to place approximately 105 million MRI shares at a minimum value of R0.19 per share by 12 September 2012 in order to repay the loan. Should the shares be placed at a value of more than R0.19 per share, Watermark would receive 50% of the additional value. Watermark also had the option of taking ownership of any of the MRI shares not placed by 12 September 2012.

To date TAM has successfully placed approximately 25% of the shares at an average price of R0.25 per share, a R0.06 premium to the minimum placing price. Accordingly, Watermark will not only receive the consideration for these shares and half of the placing premium but also interest of R1.1million. The mid-market price of shares in MRI was R0.28 at close of business on 12 September 2012. In view of the fact that MRI shares continue to trade at a premium to their issue price, the placement date for the balance of the shares has been extended to 12 January 2013. TAM is proposing to place the balance of the MRI shares with strategic investors in South Africa but in view of the strengthening prospects of MRI and the price at which MRI shares are trading the Watermark Board will keep the position regarding the remaining MRI shares under review and may elect to take ownership of them.

A further update will be provided as appropriate.

Re BriquettingIgnore the headline numbers and look at the current business model. IF all goes well, a few hundred grand profit in 2013 and maybe over a million in 2014. Hardly inspiring. And, how is the profit carved up? From recollection the Briquetting is carried out by a third party.

LMAO . . . so it's OK to make nearly 1,200 posts on this thread alone promoting WET from 0.4p . . . but someone makes less than 20 posts and they're a de-ramper . . . what a silly statement IMHO . . .

does even after a massive positive reversal in results you will still come
on here and bash.As i am fairly studious i just looked through your posts
and guess what - i see you on a regular basis try and ramp junior aim plays
that have not a hope in hell ( ie - massive share issue and heavy in debt )
unyet we have here a company in the complete opposite position and you bash
it.....i think that speaks for itself lol

I also see you both gang up on moreforus poster as often as you can.
