I can only agree with you TILTON WTH is shambolic in its approach clearly run for the directors benefit

Now we know where some of the cash from the recent fund raise is going...Petards.

Unfortunately it is another error by WTH as the announcement by Petards makes clear. There will be no benefit to Petards financials from the new major contract for which the cash is being raised, this year or next.

Yet another long term investment by WTH we can only hope that a bidder materialises for Petards !

I wonder how much the professionals were paid for the aborted Petards deal.

We do seem good at wasting cash but at least we wont be taking on a crock !!

.Well well well so we have started the new re-vitalised WATERHALL with a bid for PETARDS wonder who the next will be

BEAUMONTs would not hang about and the placing was the percursor to action....

I see a few buyers are around taking adavantge of the market price and buying below the placing price.

And if you go through a broker as opposed to on-line you can deal at an even better price !!

I think Abdullah has been playing the role from Brewsters Millions...but without the prize at the end.

I think it incredulous what they are trying to do now!

seems a good idea TILTON as the directors have a string of disasters to their name and at their age they will not be changing their routine now will they

Investors can pile in at 2.5p currently (placing price)

The offer price will not be a great deal due to the limited amount of funds even taking into account part cash deal.

Beaumont Cornish having been appointed Nomad and Broker will want to act quickly as is their style.

The latest fund raising would indicate that a target has been under review and this additional money will go a very long way to fund the costs and perhaps pay some cash to the target.

The directors have not done well with their investments the latest being Petards so you would expect that this time they will be ultra careful even to the extent of taking a back seat when a deal is finalised.

The placing at 2.5p is around nets asset value so we could see a deal at above this price and probably in shares.

So any buy below 2p (which is happening) will be fortuitous in the medium term

TARA will have departed a long time ago.

The market's reaction to the news sums it up to me.

At least with the placing money it will be in funds to pay professional fees.

Therefore can we assume they have a deal on the table
