The offer values WTH at 4p with PEG at 16.5p. Have a look at the PEG price now!

PEG does look an interesting company with a good client list but clearly in need of a couple more contracts to get some wind in its sails. My view on RA - at least there are a few things happening which is about time. His track record going back is pretty good, he built a conglomerate back in the day! Ok you can't live in the past but I'll reserve judgement on this one just for a while..

solarno,

Where is that 1p quote you mentioned?

Your first paragraph is actually very relevant to one of my previous postings about a predator coming in once the group has been tidied up .....bear that in mind in the coming months know what I mean !!

What more do you want me to say?

The question is can RA run PEG better than the incumbent directors. On the face of it PEG looks a nice little business, but successive boards have been unable to make any consistent money from the business for a considerable amount of time.

I believe good managers are worth their weight in gold, and can turnaround underperforming businesses. Do you really think RA has a good track record as a director!

This is all very silly

There's only one answer in that case, you will have to buy a thousand or two Tilton

Sale of 500 shares in PEG put the price down. Another 7% knocked off the value of the bid!

There's somebody in the background who knows more than we do as he is constantly taking chunks of stock out of the market.

Wonder if he has heard a whisper that there is a predator lurking to buy the combined and cleaned up Group in the very near future

Keep talking the price down and I will then be able to buy at an even cheaper price from you

Have you seen what has happened to the price of PEG since. The Loan Note wont be listed, so you cant sell it. No guarantee that they will be able to pay the interest in years to come.

Do you want some cheap ones then!

Perhaps they haven't read the Offer Document in full. A tasty yield of 7% on the loan stock and FREEDOM from the banks

Take out price of 4.6p

Share price a tad over 2p its a GIFT with the above take out price
