Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, announces that on 12 February 2025, Keith Sadler, Non-executive Director, purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 400p per share.

Following this purchase, Keith Sadler has a beneficial interest in 44,899 ordinary shares in the Company.
