This now looks very overvalued if they just did a company surviving placing at 50p with the significant losses ongoing. Would be a very good short at this price imo waiting for the next few skeletons to appear from the cupboards.

From his public declaration Steve Kelly is believable. There must have been plenty of recognised IP in the company before the frauds, and that was not possible without a few world class technical staff capable of dealing with equals in Silicon Valley, justifying the collaborations with the many global partners they had won over.. The several $m contracts obtained three and four years ago,on a subscription basis with global retailers, Top Ten telecomms companies, banks and automotive giants, are telling every open minded investor that the product is viable if not on the silly terms offered by the previous management.

The problem is now not one of fraudulent product or services but of silly overheads and terms of business, staff re-selection, revitalising and retraining-in fact demonstration of just the highest qualities needed for leadership.
