28/7/2005 07:22 | Cwem: When does the new name (and ticker?) come in. All: Do we need a new thread to reflect it (with standard ADVFN graphs and info in the header, methinks)? Cheers john | one for the money
28/7/2005 07:22 | WIGMORE OR SHOULD I SAY SPEYMILL have new contracts and are doing extemely well..........My confidence in the company is paying off. It seems also that the doomsters that used to apply their lack of investor skills have done the vanishing trick...we can now get down to real investing. .................... We have recently been awarded a number of exciting new contracts. They include the development of a new Premier Travel Inn and Brewers Fayre pub for Whitbread; an extension of an existing Premier Travel Inn; the development of a sports complex; a redevelopment of a large former country hotel to a private house and a significant extension of a Sleepwell Hotel, to incorporate a conference and banqueting suite and a leisure complex. | sagem
28/7/2005 07:11 | cwem thanks for info. | bridge2far
27/7/2005 21:31 | Bridge2far - consolidation was 100 to 1 and Wigmore has now been renamed Speymill Group plc | cwem
27/7/2005 20:27 | Gazza5...........lol | argy2
27/7/2005 18:47 | can anyone help Ive been away( not literally) but out of touch with Wigmore and just put my worthless certs in the bottom draw. Assume there has been some kind of consolidation. what was the ratio? Thanks in advance | bridge2far
27/7/2005 17:52 | Wigmore unlike many of these new property companies rushing off to Bulgaria for pie in the sky property profits has done a great deal in Berlin.Nearly all Germans rent and don't own their property.Current yields in Berlin are roughly 10% and they can borrow at 3%.Their partner is heavily involved in the local property scene,in development and architecture. This new deal underpins the share price, and hopefully will propel it higher in the future. | wantage
27/7/2005 16:28 | i dont relly care who gave the advice, but whoever it was,thx for my holiday cash | phlegm
27/7/2005 16:05 | Well said Sagem, if I could have bought more today I would, my Barclays account shows no change from yesterday, will have to wait until tomorrow I thinks. Cant see whos been buying them if they had the same problems as me though? | gazza5
27/7/2005 16:01 | SVERDLOV....I have been predicting for some time now that Wigmore is in recovery mode and although a consolidation has taken place today the share price has risen which is very good news and shows that confidence in the newly formed company is a real asset to all investors. Certainly no sign of dilution so I am confident that this company is well on the way to RECOVERY, but their are others on this bulletin board who think differently.....I for one take no notice of these doom and gloomsters, but you must make up your own mind as I do always. GOOD LUCK. | sagem
27/7/2005 14:42 | well this is certainly on the move now. | gazza5
27/7/2005 12:21 | Sagem, I`ve been lurking for a few months and don`t understand why some see a rev takeover by Burnbrae as a boon, and others such as Clarendon warn of severe dilution, could you, or anyone, please explain? | sverdlov
24/7/2005 14:03 | Do we think that the reverse takeover is Burnbrae? If so there will be a major dilution for the existing Wigmore shareholders. This would simply just be Burnbrae picking up a cheap market quote at the expense of the existying Wigmore shareholders. | clarendon
24/7/2005 10:10 | not sure SAGEM but I'm here for the long term recovery - I hope! | gazza5
23/7/2005 05:00 | Has everybody stopped talking about Wigmore especially as their may be a possible reverse takeover...who has all the news | sagem
19/7/2005 14:19 | well, somebodies just bought 6m | gazza5
14/7/2005 12:12 | TIREDOLDBROKER....Le | sagem
14/7/2005 07:14 | knitcraft...you seem to think that all discussions re companies is RAMPING, all investors on this bulletin board are entitled to talk about possibilities as they see it with companies, we cant all be right....and what about BIG investors ...SO PLEASE JUST GIVE IT A REST MATE. | sagem
14/7/2005 07:06 | what about the papers, are they ramping as well. I agree just wait and see what happens, its not a problem is it? - well unless you've remortgage your house on this one! | gazza5
14/7/2005 06:41 | Why dont we just all waite and see how Wigmore developes over the next few weeks, at the end of the day ONLY Wigmore know just what is happening WITHIN the company | sagem
13/7/2005 20:22 | SAGEM What has changed since you were spouting all the rubbish above, that should make anyone on here think, that you know what you are talking about now ? You are ramping this rubbish company with no facts known to you, just idle guess work, as you always have done. MAY BE one day you will be right, BUT that will only be down to luck, and certainly not based on any facts that you now know. You are a danger to small investors, and should run of and play with your school pals in the sun. ( or perhaps have some extra spelling and grammar lessons) | knitcraft |
