19/8/2004 00:04 | D_D, Global the other large shareholder is vehicle for Dean. Look at price Square Mile's warrants(yes 0.01p)and that was for an offer for finance that wasn't used. If you look at threads for ART,CRB and EVS you will see the same old stories shareholders hoping it will get better now Dean has gone . The truth is the damage has been done to those companies with only one winner.DYOR. | troutisout
18/8/2004 23:58 | you know little about any company and I note you claim a short on another bb ... very odd | maut too
18/8/2004 23:56 | Conclusion from me is the stock is seriously diluted but has raised some much needed cash. Massive overhang still not cleared, impossible to know how much stock Evo has to shift before/if the price was to rise. The company does seem to have decent turnover and has won new contracts but are they profitable. So can this company be turned around ? My stance on this is neutral as i dont really know a lot about this company and looking at RNS's for a few hours certainly wont change that, need more imput from some of the more knowledgable posters who know this stock. Lots of positived and negatives in this one still. Gravy | day_dreamer
18/8/2004 23:49 | This RNS is from last month, Burnbrae seem supportive but then they are getting their stock much cheaper than the market price, surely any more conversions would take them over 30%...is this allowed, dont you have to make a bid for a company ?? And then there's the last paragraph about Evo, might explain again how they can sit and sell all these shares this week because they must be making a serious profit on them. LONDON (AFX) - The AIM-listed property services company Wigmore Group PLC said it has agreed refinancing proposals with Burnbrae Ltd, a private investment company based on the Isle of Man. As a result, Wigmore has ended an earlier agreement with Square Mile Ltd, which was announced last month. Under the refinancing agreement, Burnbrae will be issued with a 300,000 stg convertible loan note, convertible at 0.11 pence. Burnbrae will also subscribe for a further 400,000 stg of shares in Wigmore at 0.11 pence. In addition, Burnbrae has agreed to underwrite a further share issue up to 700,000 stg. In return, it will receive warrants to subscribe for up to 132 mln Wigmore shares exercisable at 0.11 pence, and a further 292 mln warrants exercisable at 0.12 pence. As part of the termination agreement, Square Mile will be granted a total of 300 mln warrants to subscribe for shares at 0.01 and 0.11 pence each, as well as the right to subscribe to 45 mln shares at 0.10 pence per share. The June announcement relating to Square Mile also included a refinancing deal with Evolution Beeson Gregory Ltd. Wigmore said today EVBG has completed a 700,000 stg investment in the company. | day_dreamer
18/8/2004 23:38 | That's more like it troutisout ! I thought it could'nt be 0.01p...that would be too much of a instant profit.... No doubting that Evo are making money, they must have sold close to 100 million shares in the last few days. I remember Stephen Dean well....it always seems to be bad vibes surrounds him and all self inflicted as well. You say he's bought back....where does it say that please ? Can this overhang be cleared....there is some serious buying in this stock, no matter how bad the company is etc etc you cannot get away from this buying, can the mm Evo run out of stock or have they many hundreds of millions left ? Gravy | day_dreamer
18/8/2004 23:33 | Day_Dreamer, Burnbrae converted @ 0.11p. Don't hold but have been watching for some weeks now,and remember when as a shareholder of Artisan, Stephen Dean sold Speymill to Wigmore.Wigmore seems to have real problems financially, buying profit making companies and turning them to loss-makers.They have then had a massively diluting re-financing, after banks pulled the plug, and even had to compensate Square mile for offering finance deal that then was not taken up by co. This has lead to a massive increase in number of shares @0.1p and a large overhang which EVO have been regularly converting @ 0.1p and selling into the market to retail at immediate profit. Note Stephen Dean has now bought large stake ! Buying back what he sold and more on the cheap. For more info read WGT contracts thread and RNS's BEWARE!VERY DANGEROUS FOR THE WALLET! | troutisout
18/8/2004 23:30 | That's no good to this thread TAMAYBROKE ! Please give detailed reasons to why you think this ? Gravy | day_dreamer
18/8/2004 23:27 | Trading patterns over the last week you could a make a small amount but definitely not worth the risk,as for investing in it, forget about it its a dead loss. | tamaybroke
18/8/2004 23:24 | Thoughts ? | day_dreamer
18/8/2004 18:15 | I dont know what to think in this one at present that is why i'm hoping for a good response from neutrals on this one. I'm definately not saying this is a buy or sell right now. It's a tiny company and a struggling one so why in some cases are people prepared to spend £5k upwards to buy stock in this one, that seems one hellova gamble right now, £500 maybe on all or nothing but there's been non stop buying for 3 days now with almost no movement. 2 major shareholders both hold just under 30% as well and both had a representitive joining the board at the recent AGM. ! 18/8/2004 18:09 | dreamer, whats the buzz on wgt? Worth a couple of K punt? What do you thinK? and timing please. TIA gin. | gingari
18/8/2004 18:01 | I'm a little confused on todays news ! It says the remainder which is £105k is converted into 95 million ordinary shares but the price quoted is 0.01p ?..is the 0.01p the actual name of Wgt's shares because 95mil x 0.01p does not add up to £105k ?? Thoughts please ? Gravy | day_dreamer

17/8/2004 10:57 | Oh cor, a million.... that must be all of £1500 by value. Hardly of earth shattering importance. Amazing that, despite all of the attempts to ramp this stock, the price is resolutely flat on its backside. | tiredoldbroker
