WHI have increased their holding in Ultimate to 27%, not the other way around - a number of WHI directors are on the Board at Ultimate....

This is an attractive, well-run dividend-paying Manchester-based regional broker with an excellent network of UK offices. An announcement of an approach. This one will run. Well-structured cash rich balance-sheet, intersting Australian subsidiary. Some intersting financial investments.

Worth following developments.

This company has the potential to attract further interest now that an informal approach is announced.

I have to say I had wondered about the possibility of this with Ultimate Finance Group increasing their holding to 27.5%, rns yesterday. They must be involved somewhere.

A trip to fair value is very unusual - PMR and Collins and the whole sector getting tonked. So, the chart is saying that there must be somebody taking a look.
