Change of director ... for a highly experienced, successful well connected individual..

With all the excitement surrounding VR not so many months ago, you'd have thought the company would be keen to keep itself in the limelight. Clearly not so, and seems to have commercial problems, accompanied by a change of director etc. Bit of a disappointment this one, and glad I sold half a few months back.

Absolutely... Didnt think we'll drop below 13p but last time we went near 12p there was a rally back over 14p.. This will be news driven and with recent appointments and HTC behind them there could be some massive nees around the corner..Theres other shares with no news or real prospects just hype doubling/trebling their share price .. Hopefully it'll be our turn very soon...

AGM on Friday and we'll find out why they wanted the waiver of rule 9 which in my opinion could be HTC buying a bigger stake...

I was thinking the same, even their twitter has dried up. Only new thing I seen was they have two new job reqs open on their website.

The silence here is deafening. Seemingly the rocket has become a damp squib, or are there other fireworks still to be announced ?

Looks like this is desperate to break out.. Passes 15p could be straight to 20p before the announcement on the 21st..

Seems like the same pattern as yesterday. A scattering of small buys around this time.. Lets hope for the flood of decent buys again after...GLA

I'd go with HTC increading their steak...Time will tell. One thing I'm certain is I can dummy sell my full stake for the first time in weeks so demand is there and rise to continue..GLA

That's an interesting point David and I wouldn't be surprised if an admin error has lead to this

Or- they realise they have already breached rule 9 and could be forced into making an offer? ( hence some of the unexpected sells of late).....

What does this bit about the Irish Takeover Rules mean ?

A little while ago, it was mooted that in its niche area, it was more than likely that VRE wouldn't remain independent for too long. If you regard Covid19 as having a long time deleterious affect on communications, I can see the attraction here.
