Admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange, completion of Placing & Total Voting Rights

Admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange

Acorn is pleased to announce that its entire issued ordinary share capital has today been admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities under the ticker "ACO".

Completion of Placing

The Placing as described in the Company's Prospectus dated 24 October 2012, which was conditional on Admission, has now completed, and 7,739,255 ordinary shares of 2p each have been issued to placees at a price of 20p per placing share, raising gross proceeds of GBP1,547,851.

Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the Company announces that its issued share capital consists of 14,288,005 ordinary shares of 2p each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

Therefore, as at 29 October 2012, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 14,288,005.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
