22/6/2017 09:34 | Formerly Acorn Growth, a cash shell has now relisted as Vordere hxxp://www.vordere.c St James Square Management GmbH established in Germany on 6th January 2017 to manage four properties, each under an individual special purpose vehicle. Properties are Berchtesgaden, Bamberg, the Haag and Hanau. The reverse takeover having been completed the Company relisted on 15th June, having completed the purchase of three out of the four properties. The Vendors of the three properties have accepted shares in Vordere at a value of 17 pence. Did the vendors receive an over generous offer for the properties or will the share price shortly move up above 17 pence ? | nextlink |
