Volution Group plc announces that Margaret Amos, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from the Volution Board, effective from the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM").

 

Nigel Lingwood, Chairman of the Volution Board commented:

 

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Margaret for her contribution to Board discussions during her tenure. We wish Margaret all the very best for the future. The search for a new independent Non-Executive Director is under way."
