First Artist Corporation plc notes the recent press speculation and confirms
that, in line with its acquisition strategy, it is currently in various stages
of discussions with a range of potential acquisition and joint venture targets
across all sectors of the Group's activities. Further announcements will be
made in due course.

The Company also confirms that it is experiencing positive trading across all
of its divisions and a trading update on the first six months of the year will
be announced in due course.
