                           Director/PDMR Shareholding

First Artist Corporation plc (AIM: FAN) (the 'Company'), the media, events and
entertainment management group, announces that it has been notified by Capita
Trustees Limited, the trustees of the First Artist Employee Benefit Trust (the 
'Trust') that on 19th November 2007 the Trust acquired an interest in 100,000
ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') at a price
of 100 pence per share.


Following this transaction, the Trust now holds 200,000 Shares, representing
1.74% of the Company's issued share capital.


The Shares have been acquired by the Trust to satisfy certain awards of employee
share options.  The following directors, all of whom are executive directors,
hold relevant options and are therefore deemed to have an interest in the Shares
held by the Trust.
