First Artist Corporation PLC (AIM: FAN), the acquisitive sports and
entertainment group, today announces that on 22nd and 23rd March 2006 its
Finance Director, Richard Hughes, acquired 400,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p
each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 7.4 pence per share.

Richard Hughes now holds, 733,333 Shares which represents approximately 0.82%
of the company's issued ordinary share capital.
