At today's Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.00 am, Jarvis Astaire, the
Chairman of First Artist Corporation PLC (AIM: FAN), the acquisitive sports and
entertainment group, will make the following statement:

"I am pleased to report that the business continues to perform well across all
its divisions and trading is in line with market expectations."

"We continue to identify and screen acquisition targets in line with our
strategy of developing an integrated entertainment and sport representation
business complemented by event management and wealth management divisions. We
will update shareholders with any progress, as appropriate."
