Well i have just topped up, so thank you all sellers!

Still a great long term hold ISA stock with chance of lucrative take over bid.

841 - The $7m restructuring has been paid already - look back at the half year RNS.

Investec retain VLX as a 'hold' and increase their price target from 95p to 105p. So they don't see a problem either.

2niffy - those numbers are dollars, so should be £13m and £4.6m.

Compared with Sharescope numbers (in brackets) they expect profit of £7.2m (£5.43m) on revenue of £308m (£306m). I don't see any problem with that.

Surely a take over bid is looking more likely at these levels.

More clarity on debt position required. 20m at year end. However, 7m restructuring charge will predominantly be a cash cost, taken in year to March '13 or March '14 ?

Uninspiring RNS - I would have thought that the BOD would be anticipating that the market was looking for a little more today - they either don't understand the need to manage expectations, or the 29 May news will be so good that they're relaxed about keeping everyone in suspense - the latter, I hope.

I was expecting a bit more given the purchases made by Directors, very little said in the statement but nothing negative either. Still a hold I guess imo

Quite happy with that RNS. Price performance is just a temporary blip imo, may well finish blue.

They are keeping news of the new business very close to their chest for obvious reasons.....I expect to hear the full story and good news in May so hang on in there....please dont get mugged by the MM's whom are desperate for stock.

Surprised at the early movement but bo doubt it will correct itself during the day. Expecting the debt to be around $~19m.

Directors to buy again? When will closed period begin?

I dunno, I'm getting irritated with the way they say less and less each time about revenues looking forward. This time, no comment whatsoever.

Which, given their recent track record, does not help. Overall, visibility in terms of the business prospects is reducing from what they used to say. I can't help but take that negatively.

The $20m debt is a bit higher than I was expecting too. Not a concern, but a surprise to the other side would have been good to ease doubts. It shouldn't matter, as long as the future profitability recovers, in fact it will have been a good thing if cash net generation restarts.

I say all this as a holder of a lot of these bought over a number of months between September and December, so I want them to do well. Will have to wait for late May for some proper information.
