I guess I am optimistic as am confident they will turn this company around or get taken over. If the share price rises tomorrow I will be pleased if it falls I will buy more. So its win win....

I'd prefer a hard-fought 30%, but an easy 30% will do...

Have to say, I think you're being optimistic, the level of management credibility is nil at the moment, and the market will want to see hard numbers and cash generated before they will be trusted again. I do believe that will come in time, but not yet.

Hope to be wrong.


(PS - have I missed something, why is a trading statement expected tomorrow? Is it because they did one at this time last year, or have they announced something)

the 'market' will already know whats in line for tomorrow, and as it's held up well of late , I suspect some positive news will be on its way.

Why bother, the share price is going nowhere until there is convincing evidence that sales momentum is on an upward tick, you are far too confident that the corner has been turned!

2 directors bought the day after the profit warning in Sept 2012 at around 187p. They didn't get it right then.
