VISUAL DEFENCE ANNOUCES TWO CONTRACT WINS WITH A COMBINED VALUE OF $2.4 MILLION
                                      CAD


RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO, May 9, 2008 - Visual Defence, Inc. today announces two
significant contract wins. The first is for an $870,000 CAD contract to
integrate video analytics with the existing video surveillance system for the
Montreal Transit Corporation to provide the subway system with an advanced
intelligent surveillance solution. This contract will commence in May 2008.


The second is for a contract to provide a mobile video surveillance and
recording solution for approximately 200 three-carriage Norwegian State Railway
trains. The contract, encompassing the company's Mobile Digital Video Storage
Solution hardware platform (mDVSS) is worth approximately $1,500,000 CAD over
the term. The project, expected to expand over time, will commence in May 2008.
