Loon feed more like it..

Even if a miracle happened and vog made a net profit the shareholders as ever would never see a penny.
This company was made to make money for the few at the expense of those that originally funded it.You have been wrong all along Fenn.
Meeting Roy of the Rovers was an unfortunate coincidence that cost you money.AND others you convinced.

GDC at 6 mmscf/d will be profitable.

Hi Sensemun. Would love to watch the Zoon feed but unfortunately it means more time off work. I’ve already lost/wasted seven days of work over years attending Vogs Agms plus expenses.
Thanks for posting the latest news updates and any feedback regarding Vog is much appreciated. I have registered for Vogs emails/updates but none sent for some reason. I believe other shareholders are having the same issues. Thanks again.

Dusty ...too right!
"£50-£60 milion " valuation for a loss making company in a world where pressure is increasing worldwide to stop using fossil fuels.
Never mind the war ,West dead was a non starter waaaay before that.

Don`t hold your breath.

babr wil have sent you log in details if you are a shareholder.

“Foo gave gas sales that were miles out”. You can say that again. It was mainly due to these large gas sales I and others invested. Research is one thing, but hearing these predictions from Foo at many Agms draws people to invest, only to now find out it’s all a big con. Shareholders should rally together and take Foo and Dik to court. It’s just been continuous lies from day one. But what goes around comes around. Ain’t that right Foo.

Forgive my ignorance, but is the bankruptcy a way to get rid of Foo once and for all...

Foo gave estimates of gas sales which were miles out.

If a restructuring doesn't happen then asset sales will happen. YF and Hadron will not let the main asset GDC go on the cheap.

Fair value for Vog is 50/60 million. Unbelievable when you consider from memory that over £400 million was spent on the project plus reserve’s and paying customers. Someone will get this asset very cheap imo. Remember Foo use to say Vog would sell around 100/150 million scuffs per day.

GDC is probably slightly profitable with gas sales at 6 mmscf/d

However after taking the VOG plc central costs into account there will be an overall loss.

GDC has the infrastructure , process plant , customer base along with 1P and 2P gas reserves.

If you look at the last published 5 years of annual figures, a trend is visible, with GDC at / just below profitability.

And then suddenly strange things start to happen, like stretching GDC numbers that show profits from core activities as long as possible.

Check for yourself:

That 50-60 million is highly speculative, isn't it?

Who want's to buy?

"Gordon Brothers have been tasked by the administrators to value the VOG assets. I rang and spoke to Ian at Gordon Brothers today. He seems to think GAZ DU CAMEROUN has a trade value of about £50-£60 milion based on current gas sales and gas reserves (along with the infrastructure)

So assuming all the VOG debt had to paid today (which it doesn't) then this is £28 million. £28 million is the figure given by babr.co.uk the administrators.
65% of the VOG debt remember is long term debt with BGFI etc.

Assuming all debt paid off here would be £22 million left assuming a GDC sales price of £50 million.

That is equal to 8p a share.

All is not lost here.

I expect a deal to be done with CHL and the big stakeholders that will mean VOG will be out of administration within a few months.

All is not lost.

Danny boy

Knowing how you have called Foo a crook and a liar for years.

This Friday at 11am UK time you will have a chance to join the zoom debate

Foo will be representing CHL

If you are a VOG shareholder then you should have a received a zoom log in code via email from babr.co.uk

Its your big chance to tell Foo what you think of him.

Will you have the bottle ?

or are you all gob and no action ?

So at the end of the day, Foo has basically robbed all VOG shareholders and lined his own pockets with CHL.

Kevin Foo (shareholder in Cameroon Holdings Ltd) has put VOG into administration. I have just called Mr Foo and after asking him some questions he hung up on me. Everyone who owns shares in VOG needs to be ringing him. His number is 07768238847 Let me know how you get on. Or email him: kevinafoo@gmail.com

blakie Never been any different. I held these for 3 years ,maybe 4. Then the penny dropped. Sold circa 7/8 years ago on the basis of the company might improve but constantly needed to raise funds never made a profit and always diluted shareholders.
Meanwhile lots of Foo`s creatures came and went, then Dik, now "Ned" Kelley all did very nicely as did placement advisors and organizers.

Wrectum up into the league. They could be in Europe in 5 years .....if there`s a war.
