I don't expect an arb result anytime soon.

I expect VOG / RSM to announce a settlement without any need for an arb ruling.

It would be good to think that this week we will get the result from the arbitration, the relationship between VOG and RSM seems to have improved immensely and so one would hope that even if the results are not totally in VOG's favour they will be able to work together to agree sensible terms should any compensation be due.

245 million, is wrong. You could double that. Their Managment of this company was abysmal. They never put a penny of their own money in except Roo who conned us all with his royalty scam. He won’t get a penny from the current board. It was all for show to allow Foo to walk away unscathed. Smoke and mirrors still continue.

The figure of $245 million is not the correct new figure. The new figure is more like $350 million now after the LA107 and LA108 drills.

Every single oil and gas company spends fortunes drilling and building infrastructure and after that they build sales to recoup the capital outlays.

VOG are not immune.

Unfortunately that says it all, they've spent $245 million to create a company worth £11.5 million. Certainly something to be proud of!!!!!
