22/6/2018 19:39 | VOG in bad way without but ENEO but not in as bad as TXP or SML who are close to going bust. | dianecarberry
22/6/2018 19:23 | Of course they have; look at my last few posts, it's spelled out for you. | sleveen
22/6/2018 17:44 | They've said nothing of the sort | fatnacker
22/6/2018 17:19 | Abacus who know's, like foo its not there money. But saying that how many shares do they hold, not really that many i would hazard a guess. But if you are happy with Foo or Dik saying they have a year left as long as they dilute thats up to you. I know you are up to your neck here, we all have been in the same boat i'm afraid. | peterpowell21
22/6/2018 16:28 | Just out of interest PP and Sleveen can you suggest any reason why there hasn't been a mass exodus by the major institutional share holders after all this bad news? | abacus2
22/6/2018 16:28 | Yes and we sane people know exactly what they mean. So they have given them self 12 months, if they can get a placing away. Foo will sell the shares at any price to keep his gravy train flowing for another year. How old is he, ready to take retirement after he has bled this dry. | peterpowell21
22/6/2018 16:02 | financing; that which we call a rose by another name would smell as sweet as a placing @ 24p. | sleveen
22/6/2018 15:55 | "the Directors believe that they will be able to access additional financing" | fatnacker
22/6/2018 15:45 | Well this is not good. ------------- In the case that either ENEO does not resume consumption or a settlement of the insurance claim is not completed, additional finance will be required and, in this event, the Directors believe that they will be able to access additional financing in order to continue to meet obligations and develop operations for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these Financial Statements. -------------------- Twelve months with funding. DEAR ME. | peterpowell21
22/6/2018 15:22 | sleveen Well they have no chance of getting funding from a bank anymore with those numbers. SO only one place to go yet again. The bucket shops. And who will suffer yet again, INVESTORS. Did they say how the bank balance was at the end of last year. Must be running on fumes by now. | peterpowell21
22/6/2018 14:39 | Yes GRIMM had to take his share. But that share is never coming back. Sleveen has said the rest i wanted to say. pointless repeating the hard facts. | peterpowell21
22/6/2018 14:21 | 3.3% increase in gas sales: 3,684mmscf gross gas sold (2016: 3,566mmscf). 10.98mmscf/d average gas production (2016: 10.23mmscf/d). What peeps are missing is that the 2017 figures are the best they could have been.... a $10.7m LOSS. They included ENEO gas sales for the full year with VOG's 57% holding. So a loss even though the gas sales are at a maximum that they could be with ENEO and other sales. So for 2018 with no ENEO sales (or for the second 6 months including the wet season ie minimal ENEO sales) there is going to be a MASSIVE loss in 2018 perhaps as much as $25m. So VOG @ 57% and loss of the ENOE contract to date means VOG are seriously struggling financially. Funding needed IMV. | sleveen
22/6/2018 13:58 | I keep an eye on VOG for old times sake and have met the directors, but I have to say that their statements at the beginning of the RNS are shrouded in smoke from the spinning wheels nonsense based on last years figures......not sure I'll bother looking in again. The question is what will this figures look like and going forward will write downs swallow all profit for the foreseeable future and what is the cash burn etc. | clunes100
22/6/2018 13:40 | "$10m loss, last year $30.m profit, cough, cough" Profit of $30 million ? are u for real ? Go read the accounts again u monkey. | dianecarberry
22/6/2018 13:39 | "Gas sales up, revenue down $10m." Do you know why revenue was down in 2017 compared to 100% in 2016 ? Revenue split you tool. VOG only got 57% of rev in 2017 compared to 2016. | dianecarberry
22/6/2018 13:35 | Diane Ask me nice and i just might point you in the right direction to look. As you are new to this bb, cough cough. | peterpowell21
22/6/2018 13:11 | "Around $1m a year, for what." Fake news. Show me where the company has said this you liar. | dianecarberry
22/6/2018 12:31 | Diane. dear me what language from a lady. Around $1m a year, for what. Its been worthless for years, just throwing good money after bad. You now have 6 months of rain coming. Just wait till the next results, they will look really bad. SP is holding up well though. | peterpowell21
22/6/2018 12:21 | The same old story here. There is always a carrot on the end of a stick. But its never reached and is there just to keep the gullible thinking its reachable. A placing to keep the lights on is a dead cert. just a question when and at what price. But you should not need to be told, you know its coming. | peterpowell21
22/6/2018 12:10 | Why are people even talking about west-med. it gone, dead, just another money pit to throw share holders money into. | peterpowell21 |
