I assume you mean the VOG board, not this board.

Timelines and Targets have never meant anything to VOG since day one. So missing their self imposed "by the end of November" is meaningless to them. Technically they have until midnight anyway but don't hold your breath.

If they were paid a salary based on hitting targets they would soon get a grip.
