There's not much chance of a project buy out from blvn, they simply don't have the money, add to that the project costs so far and the projected revenue and it gets even more unafordable for them, a better rumour would be a big corp was sniffing both vog and bowleven, now that would make sense.

It would make a good fit for BLVN, because on top of the points made above, it would add cash generation, utility experience, licence area, several experienced management personnel and reserves.

But if it is BLVN sniffing around, why have they waited this long, it is true that as the drill progresses, VOG is de-risked to some extent, but VOG is now a third more expensive than last week.

I suppose on balance it takes a while for some BoDs to get their act together and smell the coffee, even if BLVN now paid 40% over the current share price, it would still be cheap with a successful drill and further energy contracts in the pipeline.

Don't forget, that the key to VOG is the high margin, as volume increases, profit increases exponentially as long as they keep costs under control.

Blvn don't have £100 million in cash, they have about £70 million. Of that 70 about 50 is earmarked for etinde development.Also blvns cash burn record is ridiculous so don't Kevin Hart to be the knight in shining armour. More like a toss pot pig with his snout in the trough.

It'll be Kevin Hart of BLVN talking to Mr Foo to discuss a takeover.

BLVN has £100M in hard cash doing nothing and the warriors are at his gates wanting blood! He has to spend it quickly to avoid BLVN BEING BOUGHT OUT ON THE CHEAP.

It's a natural fit geographically, politically and financially.

This could bag really quickly if volume continues 109 million shares in issue after the consolidation and most are held by us long termers at much higher prices.

Fantastic entry point for newbies with all the progress that has been made.
