The Company announces that it has purchased 75,000 of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 449.70 pence per share (the "Share Purchase") pursuant to the authorities obtained at the Company's last annual general meeting to make market purchases up to a maximum aggregate of 17,444,847 Ordinary Shares.
