07/4/2022 13:52 | Plat Hunter I'm doing the same as your good self. I like this type of smaller but well-established company which has a strong position in a huge, vital but unfashionable industry. I sold out of VSVS a few years back but bought in again in Oct 2019 at £3.585. Since then I've bought a couple more tranches at 3.642 and 3.459. Since Oct 2019 the share price has been up to nearly 6 quid then back down. Longer-term charts look like a roller coaster. I'm slightly underwater at present but so what? That's just Mr Market playing funny games. Meanwhile I'm happy trousering the 6.2% dividend yield. | nobbyx
07/4/2022 13:22 | Philanderer - thanks for your posting. I subscibe to the print version of the Chronic Investor only and so can't read Mr Bearbull's behind-the-paywall golden words on VSVS - never mind - my paper mag/rag will come through the letterbox tomorrow. | nobbyx

28/3/2022 19:03 | currencytrader, I hope you got them @ 349p ;-) Fall is a bit worrying. Chartwise there should be support around 302p from march 2020 then 285p (february 2016). Hopefully won't come to that. I'm still holding. | philanderer
24/3/2022 15:09 | Just grabbed a portion myself, was waiting for 430s but don't think it will happen, 449p will do for a 12 month hold... GLA | currencytrader1

03/3/2022 11:35 | Really confused, but there appear to be plenty of companies reporting good results recently only to see either no reaction or very negative. Like most holders here I am well under water but I can't bring myself to sell. | salpara111
