23/5/2008 18:56 | the weekly candlesticks are now showing a trend change too with a bullish engulfing pattern. IDS | in despair sybil
21/5/2008 00:06 | Good post Sybil. Apokyn should be sold soon as the drug needs constant marketing and the US sales team is being wound down I hear. It could achieve upwards of $20M. This one really could be the mythical "ten bagger" when the partnership deals are announced - mind you that only gets us dack to 55p. When risk money comes back to the market who knows where the share price could be. All in my opinion of course. | jweekes
20/5/2008 18:54 | as a holder here's hoping too. i think it took NTX a few more than 3 days to spike. rose on news and rumours, though i'm glad it did as i held those too. looking at the daily candlestick, it looks like a piercing pattern may be in play, though i'm not sure if we got volume confirmation. maybe someone else can enlighten me on this. at current levels i see this as a no-brainer. downside is limited with the recent funding and reorganisation. if the potential sale of apokyn goes through, it could well trigger the start of an overdue rise. the second half of this year will hopefully see partnership deals on a couple of products announced, and we've seen how the share price motors on such announcements in the past. fellner is a very good dealmaker and hopefully he won't dissapoint. i've added a few more over the pat couple of weeks with my NTX profits, and will be dissapointed if i don't double or treble my investment before the year is out. no advice intended / DYOR good luck to all holders IDS | in despair sybil

25/4/2008 08:22 | "...find a buyer for ts Parkinson's disease drug, Apokyn, and its U.S. operations. said in February it planned to sell these items and now says it is in detailed discussions and considers a sale "highly probable". well if and when that goes ahead could be positive for the share price depending on the price obtained? | bountyhunter
25/4/2008 08:08 | The fact that the share price hasn't crashed after announcing the details of the balance sheet and the restructuring plan, tells me that the market has faith in what the management are saying. | rafieh

25/4/2008 07:34 | Peter Fellner, Executive Chairman, Vernalis commented, "I am very pleased that we have been able to strengthen our balance sheet substantially by utilising our frovatriptan revenues to raise cash and cancel our debt. This, together with our recent restructuring, has significantly reinforced our financial position, enabling us to fund further investment in our pipeline of product candidates. We are confident that we have now created a platform from which to rebuild shareholder value in the mid-term". | quraishim
