Bili that sounds better.
I think that it just means that like other foreign listed companies without a dual listing ,brokers will have to trade on the NYSE. They do tend to charge more though. Selftrade cost the same. It shouldn't affect the ISA situation .Selftrade cost the same.
I was slightly surprised it had a FTSE listing at all as when I tried to trade yesterday morning I got the message from Selftrade that the exchange was closed.

It has belatedly dawned on me that the share price chart in USD does not allow for Forex.
So this weeks sterling weakness combined with the share price rise makes a more attractive selling price . Just let half mine go for £36.60 or $51.12
I can't find a chart which gives the sterling prices. Odd considering my deal was done on the LSE and is in sterling.

Yes I agree,seems to be powering ahead in a falling market? I too will hang in for a while and then curse for not selling......usual story!

Yes, it is tempting to take some profits here to invest in some bargains closer to home. Holding fire for now though.

Unfortunately the dividend is paid in $ so you can't escape the FX expense. :-(

Hope you have completed a W-8BEN form, to keep US Dividend Witholding Tax down to 15%.

Little confusing this stock! (For me anyway).
Attempted a sale today via TD; listed as VZC but traded in $ on the LSE.They will of course convert for you at TD but an expensive exercise.......always a pain this FX.Perhaps I should sit still, any thoughts?

Still hold mine wad. Would they be the best telco in the US, don't really know. Keep an eye on them through seeking alpha, they have some interesting articles. They worry about there debts after Vodafone sale. But keep getting the quarterly dividend, so staying put for now.

Same divi as last time $0.55 cents per share and is due 1/5/15 (hope I am right re date) saw the info a couple of hours ago and I can't be sure. It's an age thing !!

Still have mine from last year. Nice dividend 4 times a year. Happy to hold, see what happens.

Sounds like it is but my holding is more than 100 units so I am not sure why HL have approached me over it.
