("Venue Solutions" or the "Company")
Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker
Venue Solutions is delighted to announce that it has appointed John East &
Partners Limited as its nominated adviser and nominated broker, with immediate
effect.
As announced on 8 May 2009, trading in the Company shares on AIM will remain
suspended pending the publication of the Company's financial results for the
year ended 30 November 2008 and the announcement of the Company's interim
results for the six month period ended 31 May 2009.
The Company expects to publish its final results for the year ended 30 November
2008 and the six month period ended 31 May 2009 on or before 8 November 2009,
failing which, trading in the Company's shares will be cancelled.
