A related transaction to loan the company 250k of which 20k repayable in interest per year.One would have to assume that Venn has a trick up their sleeve and this loan is a very short term answer to a cash flow problem.

VENN's holding in SKIN is now worth over £1m after today's rise.

That leaves VENN's core business valued at just £1.14m. Which seems slightly absurd for:

- a £15m or so turnover business
- making a likely small EBITDA loss
- with around €2.5m in the bank post-placing and loan notes
