Just to be clear - I have a lot of respect for Gilles Ohana who I saw speaking at an investor event and who I think is doing a solid job trying to run a professional ship.I am however not impressed with the Veltyco network of companies, shadowy ownership structure and cash collection problems.It may well turn out to be a great business and a bargain at this price, but it's way above my risk tolerance right now

After this morning RNS I did some digging to determine if this is a bargain or bargepole.Found quite a few articles online rising all sorts of questions about VLTY - obviously only someone's opinions but there is plenty of stocks around that do not attract controversy, so I'm not touching this one?www.fintelegram.com/veltyco-group-related-party-transactions-and-offshore-business?

cash has increased and is expected to be 1.8M by end of month...that's key imo, so very upbeat rns, dyor etc;-)

I understand the banks are accepting the funds, just too slowly. Just slow buraucracy. Revenues come from Celestial Trading Ltd, esports.com, BTTY, Bet90 & T4U Marketing Ltd amongst others. At the moment they are too reliant on Celestial, but that's why they are focusing on developing their own brands (Bet90 & T4U), to give them more control and less reliance on a single customer.

My question is....... where is the revenue coming from? No more binary options, lottopalace criticised beyond belief, questionable issues with their banks? Why won’t the banks accept and transfer the funds? Questionable sources, white , grey or black market? Do any of us know? Related party problems? I remain a seller until we get a strong and clarifying statement from the company.

This is one of the dodgiest businesses about. Had a look a couple of months ago, and it just keeps getting worse. The CEO now selling shares ahead of bad news??! Crikey honestly guys, look after your money and get out while you can here. The whole business model not looking good but one should Take a look at XLM if you want a play on a beaten up co like this (I am not overly positive on the prospects for that share but a hell of a lot better than this).

Just wait and see. Close your eyes when it goes down in red. Wake up when its on 120P. Results in September will show you what a good team there is working in this company. Now is a great time to buy. Dont be scared of this down trend. Veltyco will be fine believe me.

They didn’t stop working on debtor improvement This is Only first minimum they wil improve it overtime and have enough experienced board members to create improvement like Miss blau they did This deal in Only 3 months also havo enough time to improve because of the 300k every month will be alright otherwise they would already fold the company and didnt invest Bet90 with investments my opinion
