19/7/2018 10:36 | Maybe you would be of more use telling it to the poor institutional investor who bought them. He clearly hasn't a clue and pales into comparison to your two's superior investing expertise, LOL. | bahiflyer
19/7/2018 08:27 | What's that? Not enough red flags for you? OK, here's another one... The Company's main shareholder, Lensing Management Services Ltd ("Lensing"), a company indirectly owned and controlled by Mr. Lenhoff, the Company's Head of Business Development, has informed the Company that it sold 1.4 million ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a total consideration of £975,000 on 18 July 2018 at a price of 69.6 pence per share. The sale was effected through an off-market transaction with the 1.4 million Ordinary Shares being purchased by a US based institutional investor. Following this sale, Lensing is interested in 22,852,265 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 30.5% of the Company's issued share capital, and hereby reaffirms its commitment to support the further development of the Company in the future. Note there is NO commitment not to sell any more shares, which tells you he WILL continue to sell. | thechurch333
17/7/2018 16:28 | Company claims that now that new banking agreements have been sorted out they don't have any problems receiving funds. Hopefully next trading update will give clarity as to the cash situation (I was hoping that we'd get a trading update with the AGM but next yr might have to head off to IOM to find out) | sladdjo
16/7/2018 14:17 | I agree. I wonder if they will disclose any emergency shareholder loans this time, or will they conveniently forget again? | thechurch333
16/7/2018 09:11 | Will need another loan before can pay wages this month | opodio
12/7/2018 13:16 | Prudent move by VLTY management after they undertook due diligence and impact of German market, so good they carried out the necessary due diligence...should be trading much higher with current PE and way oversold imo, dyor etc:-) | pre
11/7/2018 13:40 | If there was any significant positive news on the outstanding receivables (i.e. last year's reported profits) shareholders would surely have been told at the AGM. No news is bad news. The failure to complete the acquisition of the BBTY brand is yet another red flag. What's really telling is that the company describes itself as "cash generative". Tells you all you really need to know... | thechurch333
11/7/2018 11:20 | Shares Was 12p a year ago and earnings quality is very poor | onjohn
11/7/2018 11:18 | Yesterday’s news of acquisition failing seems to suggest to me that they are failing on cash collecting Could plunge | onjohn

09/7/2018 08:26 | Must be benefiting further here with sports deals/partneships etc and with England still in the world cup and through to semi-finals, including the additional business the world cup tournament generates. | pre

04/7/2018 23:09 | €4.8m "revenues" generating exactly €0.0m cash - by their own admission. At some point revenues have to become cash, otherwise they don't really exist. This company's ability to convert revenues to cash is extremely poor to date. Maybe this will change, maybe not, but it is concerning the auditors enough to issue a warning. If they can convert receivables to cash the shares will go up a lot. If they can't they will go down a lot. That's really the only call you have to make. | thechurch333
04/7/2018 22:48 | Current trading · Momentum from 2017 has continued into 2018, with revenues of approximately €4.8 million in the first quarter of 2018 - growth of 60% year on year | onjohn
04/7/2018 19:59 | Either the revenues exist or they don't. Its a binary outcome. | thechurch333
04/7/2018 19:56 | More than interesting. I don't believe it will be anywhere close to the current price at the end of the year. | thechurch333 |
